How to get job in Maharashtra after completing GNM in Maharashtra government hospital

There are two ways to get a job in Maharashtra government hospital:
1. contract job
2. permanent job
For contract jobs they publish recruitment and after subsequent hiring process if a candidate is selected, he is given the employment offer for a limited period which may be extended as per the need.
For permanent Jobs , also the same process is done but the employment offer is permanent in nature.
However, sometimes they consider candidate from the same state only i.e from Maharashtra so your degree from U.P, might be a problem here. you can check the details in the advertisement, it will be mentioned there clearly if they would have any such criteria.
