sir i forgot to get the photocopy of my mat form and so i don't have the mat form number.Can u please tell me that how i would be able to get the admit card?Since the form number is printed only on the application form i don't have it.

If you have filled your MAT application form correctly, then definately you will get your admit card soon in your mention address.

But if you have a doubt, that you will not get your admit card, then please contact to the concerned department. I hope they will definitely help you.

If you have the form number for the May MAT exams than you can check the status of your form from the below link

If you want to reprint the Application forms than you have to contact the below as there is no option to reprint the filled in application forms again on the AIMA website
