respected sir, i am passed M.H.T.-C.E.T. 2012 with 136 marks . but i want to achieve M.B.B.S.SEAT .SO CAN I REPEAT IN NEXT YEAR [N.E.E.T. 2013]

i am compleated mhtcet2012 but i scored only 105,so i want repeat. So tell me we have chance to repeat?
