i am an electronics engg. student persuing my b.tech under PTU , i want to get trained in the field of automobiles related to my line of study .. kindly suggest some of getting into the automobile industry ....please do reply

There are short term and long term course available. If you are interested in short term course offered by Tilak Maharashtra Vidyapeeth on computer aided design in automobile. If you are interested in long term course then you could take B Tech in Mechanical engineering. but as you are already doing B Tech in electronics than you can only go for short term course.

but if you want to do it now with your studies you can visit to edx.org in this particular website you will find many short term courses conducted by different universities like MIT, hagward and many others. they are short term courses, free of cost and they are just online courses and you will get certificates for passing. this may help you to get a good job.
