As you have done Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA), you may join Central Bureau of Investigation by qualifying Combined Graduate Level Examination.

The Combined Graduate Level Examination is conducted by Staff Selection Commission and a graduate in any discipline is considered eligible for the same.
As far as the age limit is concerned, the minimum eligible age is 20 and the maximum age limit is 25 years for candidates belonging to General Category, 33 years for OBC category and 35 years for SC/ST category.

Candidates who qualifies the Combined Graduate Level Examination are considered for the position of Sub-Inspector in the Central Bureau of Investigation.

You can definitely join CBI after BCA. If you want to apply for officer positions in CBI graduation degree is essential. 27 years is the maximum age limit for this. Recruitment process in CBI will include a written examination. SSC is the concerned authority which conducts this exam. On clearing this exam, you will have to attend physical test and personal interview.

A candidate Should have completed their Graduation in Any Stream with at least 55% from Recognize Universities.

Age Limit should Not exist 25 years for General Category. there is a relaxation is available for SC/ST category up to upper Age + 5 years.

Selection Process:

Written Test
Interview
Physical Fitness test

Yes,you will be Eligible to appear in IB Exam for CBI Post with BCA Degree.

In order to appear in this Exam,you will require the following Eligibility:-

>>Your BCA degree should be from Recognized university.
>>Your BCA degree should be approved from the UGC/AICTE.
>>If you have completed your BCA from Distance Mode then your degree should be approved from the DEC(Distance Educational Council).

Marks:-
>>If you belong from the General/OBC Category then your Minimum Marks should be 50%.
>>If you belong from the SC/ST then your minimum marks should be 45%.

Age:-
>>Your minimum marks should be 18 years.
>>Your age should not be above 28 years.

Syllabus for this Exam:-

>>Reasoning.
>>Numerical Ability.
>>English Grammar.
>>General Knowledge/General Awareness.

TotalNumber of questions will be 200.
Total Marks will be 200.
Total Duration for this Exam will be 2 hours.
