Ayurveda is a system of conventional medicine which originated in India. The graduation course in the study of this traditional medicine is Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (B.A.M.S). The person completing this are called Ayurveda doctor or ayurvedacharya. This undergraduate course is of four and half years. There is one year of internship after the course.
