Please tell me can girl join IAF after 12th with Physics & Maths?

Sorry but girls cant join Indian Airforce just after 12.

You need to complete your graduation first after that you will be able to join the Indian Airforce.

After completing your graduation you can apply in the following branches of the indian airforce:

1. Flying branch short service commision (14 year engagement term only)
2. Technical branch (short service commision)
3. Ground duty branches short service commision.

Hi,

I would like to inform you that there is no career option in Indian Air force for only 12th pass girl candidate.

I would suggest you if you want to join indian Air Force then first complete you graduation degree then then you will be eligible for

1. Ground Duty Officer commission (GDOC) and
2. Flying branch.

or else if you want to join as technical officer in Air force then complete your B.E/B.Tech degree.

To join in indian air force after 12th you must write an exam called NDA. But as per my knowledge, girls can't apply for this exam.

I am sorry to say that a girl can not join IAF after 12th standard. If you are interested to join IAF then you must go for graduation in any stream.

The minimum qualification required for a girl to join IAF is graduate in any stream by the recognized university.

Definetly, girls can join Indian Airforce but not on the basis of 10+2.

Girls can join IAF by appearing in SSC examination for which the minimum educational qualification is to be graduate with science stream (particularly if you want to join IAF).

their is no procedure of selection of girls into IAF after 12th standard.

If you are realy passionate about joining IAF i suggest you to get a graduation degree then you will be qualified for joining into IAF through following:

1.Flying branch
2. Technical branch
3. Ground duty branches

girl students can join IAF after graduation.

to join in IAF, you have to appear an qualify UPSC exam.

through UPSC exam, you can join in Indian Air Force.

the criteria to attain in the UPSC exam is

minimum graduation in qualification with 55% marks.

age limit 21-29 years.

I want to join technical branch (i.e aeronautical engineering ) after 12th .What should I do.IS there any entrance exam for this ?

i have appeared r12th exam this year .iwant to join iaf to becom a pilot but i am a femal and having a little bit eyesight so can i join it otherwise to ground branch.

Unmarried male candidates can join Indian Airforce Academy by appearing NDA exam,whose age is between 16 1/2 to 19 years and completed 12th standard with PCM course.

As you are female,you are not eligible for Indian Airfoce Academy after 12th standard.

You can join in Indian Airforce Academy by appearing for CDS exam,after completing graduation degree in any stream.

You can apply for the Indian Air force after the 10+2 as a pilot through National Defence academy examination. This examination is conducted by the UPSC twice in a year. To apply for this examination you need the following eligibility criteria.

For the NDA Exam candidate should be 10+2 pass. Those appeared in the 10+2
examination are also eligible to apply for this examination.

Candidate age should be between 16.5 to 29 years.

As per the NDA restrictions girls are not eligible for the indian airforce after 12th.

Eligibility criteria for indian airforce:

Only unmarried male candidates are eligible.

Candidate should be complete 12th standard from a recognised state board.

Age limits is 16.5years to 19years.

Candidate must be physically fit.

Candidate should be a citizen of india.

Selection procedure:

Written test,
Interview,
Medical test.

YES, girl candidate are eligibile to join Indian Air Force.

Eligibility Criteria for Indian Air force: -

1. For Flying (Pilot) -

a. He / She must have pass graduation in any stream with at least minimum 60 % aggregate marks from a regonised institute / university.

b. He / She must have passed Mathematics and Physics in 10+2 standard.

c. Age = not be more than 22 years of age.


2. For Metrological Branch -

a. He / She must have pass Post Graduation in Science / Geography / MCA with at least minimum 50 % aggregate marks from a regonised institute / university.

b. He / She must have passed Mathematics and Physics in 10+2 standard.

c. Age = not be more than 27 years of age.
