I am doing B.Com + CA and i am in FYBCOM. i want to know can i join air force as a pilot after my bcom. please let me also know how to join it and all other information of it.

No dear, you can't join air force as a pilot as you are a commerce graduate & the prime condition to become a pilot is that that student has to first possess a Student Pilot License (SPL). To get the SPL those with 10+2 with science and aged at least 16 years should register at a flying club which is recognized by Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA), Government of India. Registration requires a medical certificate, security clearance and a bank guarantee. An oral examination in subjects such as Air Regulations, Aviation Meteorology, Air Navigation, Engine (technical and specific) follows the registration. Successful completion of the examination entitles you for an SPL certificate.

2.National cadet corps
3.Short service commission.

final year students also can apply.

For to enter into technical branch
you should be with btech by 60% or above.

As a commerce graduate you are only eligible to enter in to the IAF in the nontechnical post. It is mostly the Airmen grade 'Y'. A candidate from any stream can apply to this post it having more than 50% of marks. The candidates can go into IAF in the course of schemes like UES, SSC, and Logistic Cadre etc.

1. You can definitely join INDIAN AIR FORCE after B.COM.
selection process start with written exam like AFCAT(air force comman admission test) is conducted by the IAF for flying SSC (short service commission),Technical and ground duty branches.
2. Those who qualify the written test are called at any one of the AIRFORCE SELECTION BOARD at Degrading, Mysore, Gandhinagar, Varanasi for further testing.
3. Since you are graduate in B.Com you will become account officer but you should have graduate degree (B.Com) with minimum 60% marks or postgraduate degrees (M.Com)/CA/ICWA with minimum 50% marks.
4. Your age limit is 20-26 years.

Aspirants can join Indian Air Force through as an officer in Flying, Technical, or the Ground Duty Branches, depending on the education qualification. If you want to be an early bird and wish to Join Indian Air Force right after finishing school, then you need to appear for the NDA examination conducted by UPSC
*One can join the Technical Branch through Direct Entry Scheme, only after completing b com. Both men and women can use this mode of entry to apply to the Indian Air Force. One can join the Technical Branch through University Entry Scheme, when you are still in your final or Pre-final year of bcom

Hello students, yes definitely b.com is a 3 year graduate degree with 60 % with recognised university. You are eligible to appear for AFCAT administration, logistics brances. Those who studied physics, maths 10+2 level are eligible for flying. You have to apply for combined defence services (CDS) examination conducted twice a year.age limit between 19 years to 24 years.
