There are so many government job portals available on internet. You can subscribe to any one of them and you will be able to receive government job alerts at frequent intervals whenever notification for job is out.

Top two portal is Sarkari Naukri and Sarkari Result. You can visit their official website and update your email id there. One more important website for government job alerts is Mrunal.
