How many attempts are allowed to clear the arrears papers of Diploma Computer Technology (DCT)?

Hi, I have finished my Diploma Computer Technology (DCT) in 2002 and still I am having 5 papers arrears. I have tried many chances to clear after 2002 but I could not able to pass it and I lost all my chances. Is there any chances available now to clear my arrears paper now?
