I have a KT in FY (final year) and SY (2nd year) B.Com from many years and it's from Kalina University and I want to clear them and want to do my TY (3rd year) from Kalina itself. Now, do I need to take re-admission or can I clear them?

There is no limit on number of attempts to clear backlog papers in Bachelor of Commerce course.

You can apply for backlog paper exam of subjects in which you have KTs and clear them to get rid of existing backlogs. You need not go for readmission but apply for examination of back paper.
