Supreme court in its order regarding National Eligibility cum Entrance Test has clearly mentioned that NEET will be single common entrance exam for admission of candidates into MBBS and BDS courses respectively. No state level medical exam or private medical entrance exam will be conducted.

Candidates will have to appear for NEET exam to get admission in MBBS and BDS courses in any state medical colleges or private colleges. In every medical college of state 15% seats will be filled by All India counselling conducted by Medical Council of India. Candidates can attempt all NEET exam that falls within age limit 17-25 years. Age limit is calculated on 31st December of year of NEET exam.

Candidates must have studied Physics, Chemistry and Biology and scored 50% marks in board exam to apply for this exam. NEET 2016 has been conducted and you will have to wait for notification of NEET 2017.
