You know that ICWA has 3 stages
1. Foundation course
2. Intermediate course
3. Final course

The syllabus of stage is given separately

Foundation course syllabus :
1. Fundamentals of Economics and Management
2. Fundamentals of accounting
3. Fundamentals of laws & ethics
4. Fundamentals of Business Mathematics and Statistics

Intermediate stage syllabus is divided into 2 groups :

Group I :
1. Financial accounting
2. LawS, Ethics & governance
3. Direct Taxation
4. Cost accounting & Financial management

Group II :
1. Operations management & information systems
2. Cost & management accountancy
3. Indirect Taxation
4. Company accounts & audit

The syllabus of final course is also divided into 2 groups

Group I :
1. Corporate laws & complaince
2. Advanced financial management
3. Corporate financial reporting
4. Tax management & pactice

Group II :
1. Strategic performance management
2. Business Strategy & Strategy cost management
3. Cost and management audit
4. Financial analysis & business valuation
