I am a student of b.com 3rd year now so can i go for admission in CS executive fr appearing in dec. 2012 exams..
And if i go fr icwa also is ther is any exemption in icwa subjects on d basis of CS subjects?

Hello friend,
You may enroll for the Executive Program of Company Secretary course only after completion of your bachelors degree program. Until and unless you complete your graduation, you won't be considered eligible for the Executive Program.
As far as the course offered by ICWAI is concerned, you will be eligible for exemption only if you complete your company secretary program. If you complete the course of company secretary, you will be exempted from :
The foundation course of ICWAI.
Financial Accounting and Applied Direct Taxation in the Intermediate Course.
Financial Management & International Finance and Indirect & Direct Tax Management in the Final Course of ICWAI course.

Now you can't apply for cs executive.
For taking admission you should have bachelors degree.
