To enter an MBBS college one must clear the medical entrance exams like AIPMT and other state level entrance exams. Once you clear these entrance exams then you are eligible to get a seat in an MBBS college. After MBBS you can do the specialisation in any department of your choice like heart, brain, etc. The dates of the various entrance exams are published in the newspapers. So you can keep a track on daily newspapers in order to keep updated about the dates of the form issuance and the date of the examinations. Best of luck.
