sir,i m doing ece in rimt iet 1st sem,,i want to migrate in chitkara or cgc landran..is it possible?plz tell me

sir, am doing ece from rayat and want to do cse from cgc landran , i got 75% marks in 1st sem and am all clear so is the migration possible , if yes , how

i want to migrate from RIMT IET (ece) to cgc landra in(civil), what is the procedure to doing all these.
my average marks of first year is 68%.plese suggest me...
