I am Soumyajit Das, pursuing B.Tech in IT(Information Technology)....Now, I am preparing for GRE ......I want to know, how much money(total course fee) is needed for doing MS in USA .....?
And, What amount of money will i get for scholarship ?

There is no such rule to know the amount of scholarship one may get for MS.

One can get any amount between 0 to 100% scholarship.

The criterion use to be

The college you are applying to and the competition ie How many candidates
of what type of academics and credentials are applying for the same course
in that college.

Your GRE score and your individual score in Maths and English.
(Try to score at least 750/800 in maths part and 600/800 in English)

TOEFL marks
(90+ out of 120 is average score for a good college)
Your academics ie marks of 10th, 12th and graduation.

And finally the most important which dominates over all other criteria is;
Your successful project works during graduation, paper published(if any)
and profile of the professor/industrialist who will give recommendation for you.

All these parameters will decide how easily you will get a college and the amount of scholarship.

Dear friend,
course fees are depend of the universities or colleges you can contact with some foreign universities to get an idea,and scholarship maybe upto 50%...

Since there is no such rule for scholarship ..it all depends on how you perform in your GRE exam, TOEFL exam.
Try to get some recommendation letter from professors .
The quality of project work done by you in your graduation.
