MCA stands for Master in Business Administration and the duration of this course is 3 years and to get admission in this course you have to complete your Graduate degree course with minimum 50% Marks and have to study Maths as a compulsory subjects in your 12Th examination. Final year appearing candidates are also eligible for this examination.

The admission in this course is based on entrance examination like IIT JAM, NIMCET Examination.

MCA is the top most course for the students who want to make their career in the IT field. The fees for the IT couses always high as they need good infrastructure for the students. In the mca colleges there must be good computers with internet or wifi connections. There is lot of difference of fees of MCA regular and MCA distance learning course fees.

The fees structure for MCA course is vary from colleges to colleges depending upon the facilities they are providing to their students. Private colleges have more fees than Government colleges. So its depends in which college you want to take admission.and for that you have to make a look for their Prospectus regarding the same.

But you can take a rough estimate as under-

In IGNOU, the course fee is around Rs.12, 200 for each semester excluding other elective subjects but in BITS, Pilani the fee structure for MCA is up to Rs.30, 000/-. Usually the Government and government aided institutions charges less fee for this course compared to the private institutions.

The fee of MCA regular is around 40000/- to 50000/- for local students means who passed out HSC as well as Graduation from same state otherwise you have to pay 20000/- to 30000/- extra .
while in distance learning ,the fee is 8000 to 10000/- per semester

Master of Computer application is a three year course which you can do either regular mode or distance mode. So the fee structure in both of the cases is also different. This course is studying in many government and private universities. The fee you will find in these universities is also different. But in private universities and colleges it seems that the fee will be more then Rs. 40,000/- per year and it can be up to Rs. 2,00,000/- per year.
