There is no age limitation for the course of PhD.
You will require 50% marks in your Masters Degree course to be eligible for the course of PhD in History.
In general there is no fees charged for the candidates going for the course of PhD as it is a research oriented course.
Even if a fee is charged that is nominal and not more than Rs 1000 per month.
