NDA (National Defence Academy) is an entrance exam conducted twice in every year by UPSC (Union Public Service Commission).
The cut off marks for the exam varies every year based on the candidates appeared for the exam and difficulty level of the exam. Based on the previous years cut off marks it will vary around 250 - 300 in NDA 1 with at least 25 - 30% marks in each subject and in NDA 2 it will be around 230 - 300 with at least 20 - 25 % marks in each subject.
