There are many jobs available for MCA graduates in present and that to in most of the leading software companies in Bangalore...

-> But the salary package varies a lot depending upon the company and post which you get after MCA...

After doing BCA & MCA in bangalore the salary package is 4 lakh-5lakh per annum.But different companies have different packages.So it all depends upon the ability of a person & the experience he gained from the different companies.If you are an efficient & talented one then within 2 or 3 years you will start receiving the package as 6.5 lakh to 7 lakh per annum.

Starting salary for BCA freshers In now a days, BCA candidates will not get salary more than 10 to 12 k Per month. So, i will suggest you, just do MCA and then think for Job. Because after BCA you will not find good jobs in IT field.Because the IT companies recruited Master degree Candidates. So, please go for Master degree course. And the Salary is basically depends upon the experience of candidate in Software field.So, after completing Bca If you have a experience, then you will get good jobs otherwise its very difficult to get good salary pacakage jobs.
