My name is Prasad & I have completed my course in B.Sc. Hospitality & Hotel Administration from Oriental School of Hotel Management, Kerala. I had a back paper which I have cleared it during November 2018. Now I'm waiting for my certificate & my mark sheet but have no idea as to where I can obtain it. My college hasn't being much helpful with this issue & I don't know how to clear this problem. Can anyone help me as to how I can obtain my certificates? Whom or where should I go to? Also how can I obtain provisional certificate?
