As yop know it is not a new topic to discuss because everyday articles are appearing in newspaper ... so please refer to these. But i would like to recommend you something more..
Dont change the your sleeping habit in exam days ..it has lot to do with the concentration. Maintain you extra activities.
If you are in tenth .. then no one is going to ask you for the %.
So , dont worry.

For best preparation of Board exam first you complete the basic concept of all subject. Do labour hard and more practice on mathematics. Don't miss any chapter of any subject. You can do practice from the previous year paper of 10th board exam. I wish you will get good marks in the Board exam.

this is all you need to do....
Practice hard, practice time management, solve the test papers again and again............
make a routine wise study which will help you to fulfil the above requirements....
