hi..i finished my 3rd of engg..i wud like to know about the gate preparation.should i join any institute or self study...i am in ece branch..n if i shud join an institute in blore for gate preparation,which one is the best?

GATE - GRADUATE APTITUDE TEST IN ENGINEERING is an entrance exam for admission to M.Tech. Courses conducted by Indian Institute of Science and IIT.

You are not eligible to apply for GATE after completion of 3rd year of your B.Tech. studies. Earlier GATE was allowed to apply after finishing 3rd yearof engineering but now GATE can be applied in the final year of your B.Tech. studies.

There is no restriction to the upper age limit to apply for GATE. There is also no restriction to the number of attempts to GATE.

For better preparation you may join any good Institute for preparation of GATE in Bangalore.
