sir/madam iam sangeetha. recently i did my b.ed now iam willing to prepare forIAS please give me required information like books,coaching centers in hyd, preparation submission,date of notiification when can i get for next academic year.Please note that i lost this year opportunity.so i want to prepare for next year exams.i dont have sufficient knowledge abou this examination and preparation.

For the ias exam you must have a very good command on the general studies and the paper that will you choose for the optional paper,
Actually exam is being held in two phase,
In st phase there is objective type exam,say PT,
After qualifyin it u will go for mains exam,
There are many good books available in the market regarding this,

prepare well- one topic is for your wish and the others are related to the aptitute only k dont hesitate for this k

well,you have to be really strong in you main subject,
be thorough in it and score as many marks as possible,
you can enroll to postal course of brilliant tutorials as there books are really good,

dear friend, you should be mentally fully prepared to bear the strain of this one-year-long exam; and second, you should have (or develop) a sound expression (written as well as verbal) in the medium (language) you want to appear with. Once you have obtained these two qualifications, other issues regarding preparation for the exam can be handled better and easily...............

I AS is wonderful job. The job to defines your potential in administrating the country.
The exams are taken after graduation level. The advertisement comes in rozgar samachar.

1 year seems a good time frame to prepare sufficiently for IAS prelims. In Hyderabad there are many IAS training academies like Jagan Civil services, Target IAS, Ambedkar study circle, Brain Teee etc. Preparations have to be made with full intensity and choose your optional subjects for prelims and mains now itself and start preparing for covering such topics along with GK and language at depth. and it will be better if you solve last 10 years questions

as this time you have the prelim test for the ias is over,
so for the next time you have too much time for preparation,
first of all select the subjects in which you have very much intrested as well as you have very good command,and also that subjects is in the list of the exam.and for the ias delhi is the best places and there is many coaching center which is very good one...one of them is kohinoor coaching center.

we have two ways
one is APPSC and other one is civils
civils will be conducted by upsc union public service commission
we have to choose two optionals for ias
two exams will be here
one optional is sufficient for priliminary examination
two optionals are used in mains

you are in very hard time now...you have to work for every second....you will also have an optional papers like physocology,sociology...before choosing it please go through the syllabus too..All the best

The IAS exam is one of the best exam in one's educational life.
IAS is little tough exam,for this you have to study hard.

Maintain a time table for study,as you can study at least 4 hours per day for IAS.
study all general aptitude,verbal etc from books such as Barrons's R.S.Agarwal etc.
some other books you can study:
Differential Calculus - Gorakh Prasad
Analytical Solid Geometry - Shanti Narayanan
Text Book of Coordinate Geometry - Rai Ballabh
Statistical Mechanism - Carson Horg etc...
