How to pursue MCA in full time? University which would be best for MCA?

I am pursuing part time BCA (final year) from IGNOU. I intend to pursue MCA in full time. Does my part time BCA degree qualify for a full time MCA from Mumbai University or any other reputed university? Also, I would be really thankful if someone can tell me which university would be the best for MCA and what would be the best possible course of action?
Thank you!
