How to Score well in X and XII
Regarding scoring of good marks in Board Exams, it is not so difficult. You have to stick to few important tips: 1. Firstly, study regularly, take out time for at least three subjects in a day. Work more on those subjects, in which you feel you are weaker than other subjects. 2. Do not leave any subject for more than 2-3 days. Every subject should be taken up for study at least in every alternate day. The important and difficult ones may be taken up everyday. 3. Devote at least 6-7 hours for self study. But do not cut down too much on your sleep and enjoyment. Take out a bit of time for relaxing and entertaining also. 4. Whenever you study, don't sit for too long continuously, you can also take one or two short breaks of 5-10 minutes during a continuous stretch of 3-4 hrs. of study. This will help in maintaining your interest. 5. Be in touch with the CBSE previous years papers, sample papers etc. Keep on looking what has been the pattern of CBSE and what type of questions are generally asked. Also refer to their model answers. 6. Whenever you give a test in school and obtain marks, just go through your answer sheet seriously and see where marks have been deducted and how can the errors be avoided next time. 7. Take proper care of your health and hygiene. Do regular exercise, take more of green vegetables, milk and other nutritious food. Do not get tensed. 8. Although you must stick to NCERT books, but in science, maths, you must do some extra questions also. You can purchase a good book or question bank for that. 9. Be in contact with your teachers and ask them to evaluate yourself. 10. At the end of the year, do at least 8-10 model test papers for each subject. This will help a lot. Just keep working towards your Goal and keep on evaluating yourself. Challenges are high, dreams are new, The world out there is waiting for you, Dare to dream, Dare to try, No goal is too distant, No star too high.. |

Re: How to score good marks in 12th standard?
Manage your time effectively and make a things-to-do list. Keep a note pad where you keep adding to the list as and when it occurs to your mind to keep you from the anxiety of forgetting it. Make a time-table for a daily routine in accordance to your examination schedule. In addition, give your body minimum required rest to keep you effectively involved in the following day's activities.
2) Make sure that your study room is free from time stealers like computer, TV, radio etc. Talk to your friends when you are free and not in mid of your study, stay away from negative thoughts (e.g. past failure, fear, unpleasant experiences), daydreaming, etc. 3) Have an early dinner- It helps if you wake up fresh and early. If you feel hungry late in the night, take light snacks like banana, a glass of milk, etc. Avoid greasy, spicy or stimulating food just before going to bed, for a sound sleep. 4) Do take short breaks right where you are when your head gets saturated with overloading of study material and has trouble focusing on the learning. You can go for a walk for some fresh air, or take a walk for a couple of minutes around the area where you are studying and stretch your limbs before you settle again to study. Deep breathing can calm you in case of anxiety. 5) Don't let your mood and personal problems prevent you from completing your work. Ask yourself whether it is worth worrying now. You can choose to stay calm and ignore it. If it cannot be ignored or is an emergency, take help of your parents and friends. |

Re: How to score good marks in 12th standard?
For this i will suggest you to follow the NCERT books because the paper always contains questions from NCERT books. I also want to suggest you to solve sample papers and mainly the previous question papers of the board exam. Then absolutely you will get good marks in 12th class. I wish you best of luck also.

Re: How to score good marks in 12th standard?
The only way to score good marks in academics or in any Entrance Exam or in any competitive exam is by having strong preparation.
If you prepare well, then only you can score good marks. So, try to have good preparation for all the subjects in your 12th class. Some people, even though they prepare well, they can not present it in a better manner in the exam and did not get good marks. But you don't do like that. Get clarity in the subjects that you finished and present it in a better manner. Some people they will cover all the syllabus well but still did not get good marks. The reason being at the time of exam, they will get confused regarding the right answer for the questions as they are having confusion in their mind. So, whatever the subjects that you have studied, try to have strong revision of it and you should be in a position to explain them when somebody asks you. Prepare a time of table of yourself to complete the syllabus on time with strong revision. Try to give much preference to the questions which were appeared in previous academic years. Check yourself whether you should be able to provide the answers for all the questions in the given time. Allocate yourself of the particular time to answer particular question. Time management matters a lot in the exams. Wish you all the best. |
