Yes you can fill the form but not as lateral entry,for regular B.Tech course.You need to appear exam 12th syllabus.

diploma eng. Student face a aieee 2011. To required 10th marks 60%.

i have done my diploma in mechatronics and i am willing to do B.e in same so should i give some sort of entrance exam?
