My gate score is 373 and air 124 , should i apply in iit kharagpur or roorkee for m arch

You should first register yourself in COAP ( Common Offer Acceptance Portal) for admission to any IITs which is mandatory and absolutely free . This requires a few details like your gate registration number, a valid email id and a phone number. So, once you complete this , you are ready to apply for any IITs of your choice individually. As you mentioned , if you want IIT- KGP or Roorkee , you should separately apply for both in their respective wesites. But every IIT has it's own application fee which is to be paid and they ask for your COAP registration ID also . You will receive emails once you are provided with an offer.
