To become a chartered accountant, you have to pursue the chartered accountancy (CA) course. For doing the course, you need to clear the entrance test called CPT. In order to apply for the course; you must have completed 10th from a recognized board. But to appear for the exam, you must have completed 12th. There are no age limit and percentage criteria to appear for the exam. The application forms are available from the first week of October 2012.
