Candidates should prepare well for Railways exams in order to secure a good job. A 12th class candidate is eligible for entry level posts in Railways. You need to be thorough with the structure and pattern of Railway exams. You will be tested in subject areas like General Awareness, General Intelligence, Language skills, Arithmetical ability etc. Those candidates who apply for technical cadres will also be tested in specific trade or discipline apart from the above mentioned subject areas. You should refer model question papers and other standard books as part of your study. You should attend mock tests to analyze your weak areas.
