How to switch from TCS BPO to TCS IT (Testing)?
Am a B.E graduate and completed 2yrs in TCS BPO. From my joining in tcs i got only IT projects and still am in IT Project (Testing). How to move IT Department since am an B.E graduate

Ideally, the switch cannot be made to IT sector as you work in completely different sector.
One thing you can do is survey on the projects in IT sector and also openings in that projects, simultaneously build your testing skills. Once you have found an opening talk to the manager of that project for which they will interview you technically, then if you clear the interview you may be able to switch but remember this situation is rare to happen. Alternatively you can switch company but need to apply as a fresher for Software testing. |
