Yes of course you are eligible for Company Secretary course after completing MBA course. Candidates who have appeared for the 12th examination and are waiting for their results are eligible to apply fro Company secretary foundation course.

ICSI (i.e) Institute of Company Secretary of India is a professional course. The duration of the course is for four years which is divided into three levels, Foundation, Intermediate and Final course.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:-

• 12th standard in any discipline from recognized university are eligible to apply for foundation course.
• Graduates in any discipline are eligible to apply for Intermediate course. Final year students of Graduate Courses can also apply.
• Those candidates who have completed intermediate course are eligible to apply for final course.
