Re: How to take admission in MBBS after completing BSc Nursing?
My suggestion for you is to take admission for M.Sc Nursing instead of MBBS. If you pursued the MBBS course, it will make the B.Sc Nursing degree competely irrelevant.
Which would mean 4 years of hard work and money will go down the drain. After all once you have completed MBBS, then you can either practice as doctor or become nurse. Certainly can't do both. Therefore I will not suggest you to waste your B.Sc Nursing degree by applying for the MBBS. The other drawbacks are that MBBS is almost 6 years course now. There is no lateral entry for Nursing graduates in MBBS therefore it would mean spending several more years studying. The better option would be to take job in government or private hospital. You can also do M.Sc Nursing which will also improve your chances of getting job abroad in countries like United States with shortage of nurses. But if you still want to do MBBS then you will have to appear for the NEET entrance exam. You must clear it to get admission for MBBS. NEET Eligibility 1. 12th standard should have been passed. 2. With subjects like Physics, Chemistry and Biology. 3. At least 50 percent marks in 12th board. 4. The lower age limit is 17 years. 5. Upper age limit for All India quota is 25 years. 6. There is 5 years relaxation for SC/ST. 7. There is no upper age limit for state quota seats. |

Re: How to take admission in MBBS after completing BSc Nursing?
CANDIDATES WILL GET ADMISSION IN MBBS AFTER B.SC(NURSING).
TO GET ADMISSION IN THE MBBS COLLEGES AFTER B.SC CANDIDATES SHOULD WRITE THE REQUIRED ENTRANCE EXAM.THEY WONT GET DIRECTLY. ELIGIBILITY FOR MBBS: 1)CANDIDATES SHOULD PASS 10+2 EXAMINATION WITH PHYSICS,CHEMISTRY AND BOTONY(PCB) WITH 50 % MARKS. 2)FOR BACKWARD CATEGORIES 40 % OF MARKS REQUIRED. AGE: 1)CANDIDATES SHOULD COMPLETE 17 YEARS ON OR BEFORE 31ST DECEMBER. 2)You must complete B.Sc with biology subjects as specialization 3)Also must have done 12th with biology, physics and chemistry subjects onlyYou can join 2nd year as a lateral entry 4)Your age must not exceed 25 years of age |

You can take admission in MBBS only after giving NEET exam.
Elegibility of NEET exam is given below: You should pass 12 th with Physics, Chemistry & Biology as your subject. You must secure at least 50% marks in your 12th board exam. Lower age limit is 17 years of age. Upper age limit varies from caste. |
