Some of the government and reputed colleges have their own entrance test while few of them provides admission on the basis of merit list generated by 12th board marks and here you didn't mention the college name and i cannot provides information about each college of Gujrat so i suggests you visit the college and buy a prospectus of the college because you get all information about the college as well as an application form also in the prospectus then apply in the college accordingly

As per my knowledge you won't get admission in any reputed or government college with these marks so i suggests you apply in each colleges in which you can because may be any one college provides you admission
