The application forms for NATA 2012 are available for sale in the selected bank
branched of AXIS Bank.

You can purchase the application form from any of those bank branches.

The list of bank branches of AXIS Bank where the sale of NATA application forms
are in progress, is given in the NATA 2012 Information Brochure.
Download the brochure from the attachment of this message.

Purchase the application form your nearest bank branch of AXIS bank and submit
your filled in application form at the test center where you wish to appear NATA 2012.

The state wise list of test centers are given on the NATA official website.

You should apply as early as possible so that you could get preferred test date
at preferred test center.
