i have done with my project selection but dunno how to write its synopsis...
main prob is that i dunno what to write in aim, conclusion pls guide...

You are doing project in what....can you mention the topic....Aim broadly means describing your goals which you intend to fulfill via doing the project.....Conclusion broadly refers to the end result what you have achieved....Whether there are any new learnings in the project....Did you achieve what your goals were....Any future scope in this project....

Ask these questions to yourself: why did you take up this project and not THAT? what made you go for THIS? are you sure that no one has ever worked on THIS? why have other researchers not worked on THIS? besides your personal gains (in terms of either money or title), what benefits will this project serve to the society? what is your aim-to explore the unexplored and add human knowledge? and in conclusion, what have you gained (in terms of knowledge) and what are the possible sub-areas that another researchers can work on the project you have just started?

what type of project are you making or in which subject it is, tell us more so we can give you good suggestions

its about high k materials in cmos..
high k indicates dielectric constant , by increasing a k , the leakage current is reduced in chip design.

What is a synopsis?


1) It's a narrative summary of your book--with feeling.


2) It's written in present tense.


3) It's written in third person.


4) It's written in the same style of writing your book is written in. If your book is "chatty," then your synopsis is, too. If your book is serious, literary, filled with dialect, or any other style, so must your synopsis be.


5) The synopsis introduces your main characters and their main conflicts, all woven together in the narrative. (It does not list your characters.)

8) Yes, you must put the conclusion to your novel in your synopsis. No cliffhangers or teasers. Agents and editors want to know that you know how to successfully conclude your story. (Often agents don't read the synopsis until after they've read the entire ms--but not always.)

How to Write Synopsis -

Synopsis, preferably, should be of about 3-4 pages. The content should be as brief as is sufficient enough to explain the objective and implementation of the project that the candidate is going to take up. The write up must include these given headings -

Name and Title of the Project

Statement about the Problem

Why is the particular topic chosen ?

Objective and scope of the project

Methodology

Conculsion.

And if you face any diffciulties, then please ask with your teacher or visit the various website.

So, the synopsis includes all these main headings, so please include all these headings, when you are prepare your synopsis.

To write the synopsis for project you have to keep 3 important things in mind...
