AS per section 22 of UGC ACT 1956 it is valid Certificate. It should be accepted by the all Govt. organisation, PSUs otherwise no value to the Govt ACTS and pollicies in India. The IASE University is established by UGC ACT. It is one of the INDIAN ACTs. All deemed universities certificates are same value.

Mandir (GVM). The Government of India has accorded it the formal recognition of

Deemed University, under Section 3 of the UGC Act-1956 vide notification F.9-29/2000-

U.3 of 25th June 2002, and by the UGC vide notification F.6-25/2001 (cpp-i) of 27th

DECEMBER 2002.

I have done MA maths from iase deemed university in session 2008-10 now selecteted as lecturer in haryana on basis of ma but now govt of haryana refused to give me joining letter because of iase university what can I do now pliz suggest me

Deemed university se padhai na kare or agar karni hai to outside study cennter se form na bhare

Sir I have passed out b Tech degree year 2008 but question S,C order four deemed university cancel the degree season 2001 to 2005 till passed the exam conducted by the AICT/UGC may, june or Dec only two chance.
