There are Question paper bank books available in all leading book stores for purchase. You can get it. Check with ARIHANT PUBLISHIONS. They publish question paper banks containing question papers of last 15 YEARS. Clear and solved, with methods to solve. Do check out.

Last 10 years Sample papers are not available on Internet, for that you have to but study materials from "Upkar Prakashan" "Pratyogita Darpan" "G.k. Publisher"

you can also question papers in books published by handa publication for IES exam for electrical engineers.
