please send me cbse 12th std previous exams science and maths paper of 3-4 yrs

dear sir,
in india many institutes are providing engg degrees by distance education like amie(the institution of engineers(india) ,iete etc and many mba part (3 yrs) coarses as they are valid per govt of india and ugc and hrd but why students of such institutes deprived of many jobs and not allowed to sit for their exams as indian psus say full time degree in engg and full time 2yrs mba candidates only to applywhy it is like that once part time institutes takes same course fees and teaches same syllabus and only duration of session increase.is it fair to part timers ,can part timers not prove like full timers.
