Important dates for IPU CET 2016 :-

IPU CET 2016 will be conducted on May 8

IPU CET 2016 for B.Tech (Bio tech) will be conducted on May 21

The last date to submit the applications is March 29

IPU CET examination will be conducted by the Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University and this examination is generally conducted for the admission in to the UG and PG programs.

Important Dates for IPU CET 2016:

• IPU CET 2016 will be conducted- May 8th 2016
• IPU CET for B.Tech exam-21st May 2016
• Last date to submit the application- 29th March 2016
• Result of IPU CET- 24th May 2016
• Result for IPU CET B.Tech entry exam- June 3rd 2016

# IPU CET stands for Indraprastha University Common Entrance Test.

# IPU CET is conducted by Guru Govind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU) every year for admission in various under-graduate and post-graduate courses in engineering / architecture / management / medical / humanities field.

# Important tentative dates regarding IPU CET 2016:

* 30.01.2016 : Online registration started for IPU CET 2016
* 12.04.2016 : Deadline for online applying for IPU CET 2016
* 01.05.2016 : Issuance of admit card
* 08.05.2016 : Date fixed for examination
* 24.05.2016 : Declaration of result

# Required eligibility criteria for IPU CET 2016:

* Candidate must have completed 10+2 from any recognized board.
* Candidate must have taken minimum 55% marks in subjects Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.


# Useful information regarding IPU CET 2016:

* Examination is of objective type with multiple choice.
* The medium of language is English.
* There is negative marking for each wrong/incorrect answer.
* Every correct answer awarded four marks.
* There are total 150 questions.
