Hello friend,
The courses offered by IGNOU, which are approved by the All India Council For Technical Education, also known as AICTE are:
Masters of Business Administration
Masters of Computer Application

Apart from these courses, all other courses are approved by University Grant Commission and as per the UGC, all the courses offered by the university are considered equivalent to courses offered by other institutes and is equally recognized as any other governing bodies.
