I Prashant Raj S/O Raj Kumar passed the elec.Engg.3 years diploma in June 2013. Roll no. IGP/DEE/1471, Enrollment no. ITB/IGITM/VC/1004. But I didn't get my provisional certificate and original (main) certificate, only I have result cum detail marks certificate, so pls tell me the process to get the provisional.
