All the Medical courses in the country are regulated by Medical Council of India including MBBS programs. The MBBS program offered by Anugrah Narayan Magadh Medical College is approved by the Medical Council of India. Hence, the course fulfills the minimum standards of medical education required to get recognition of the degree. The duration of the MBBS course is 4 and a 1/2 years and comprises of nine semesters. This is followed by 1 years compulsory internship.

Admission is based on rank obtained in the entrance exam. In order to be eligible for the entrance exam, candidate must have passed the qualifying exam with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English. One must attained the age of seventeen years in the year of admission.
