Hello Dear,
I have searched the official website of Central Counseling Board and I could not find any NIT offering aeronautical engineering.

But you can try for IITs, IISc or PEC which offer aeronautical engineering.
The Punjab Engineering College, Chandigarh is the only institute in the Punjab/ Haryana region which offer course in aeronautical engineering.

For admissions to these institutions you have to score a very good rank in their entrance exams.
(about 20,000 in AIEEE for PEC & 3,000 in IITJEE for IITs)

I am gaurav and i want to know about the opening and closing rank of those NIT's offering computer science engineering for m.tech.
i got 7499 rank in gate with score 434 and gate percentile 95.21
i will be very thankful to u.
