Recruitment to public sector organizations is on the basis of scores obtained in competitive exams. These exams are conducted by organizations such as UPSC, SSC, etc. Recruitment to public sector banks is conducted by IBPS. Graduation with a minimum of 50% marks is the minimum eligibility for these exams. Apart from these, PSC exams are conducted for various posts in state governed organizations. Qualification required is different for each post.
