In order to apply for Sub Inspector post, a graduation degree is compulsory. You should attend Kerala PSC exam as part of this. 27 years is the maximum age limit for this post. On clearing written exam, you should attend physical test and personal interview too. This exam notification will be published in official sites and you can apply on that basis.

I AM DEGREE PASSED AND I AM PHYSICALY FIT BUT I AM UNABLE TO TAKE PULL UP&PUSH UP.AM I ELIGIBLE FOR THIS?

Kerala Public Service Commission is going to conduct written exam for the recruitment of Sub-Inspector for the Kerala state police.To apply for this exam,you will required to meet these Eligibility conditions :

Educational qualification :

• Your minimum educational qualification should be Intermediate pass out in any discipline from state board/university.
• Your compulsory subject in Inter course should be Tamil and English.

Marks required :

• General and OBC candidates should have a minimum of 50% marks in Inter level.
• SC and ST candidates should have a minimum of 45% marks in Inter level.

Age Required :

• Candidates minimum age should be 19 years.
• Candidates age should not be above 25 years.

Written Exam Syllabus

1. General English and General Tamil.
2. General Knowledge.
3. Numerical Aptitude.
4. General Ability and Reasoning.

Physical Fitness Requirements

For General and OBC Category :

• Minimum Height - 165 cms.
• Chest Unexpanded - 60 cms.
• Chest Expanded - 85 cms.

For SC/ST Category :

• Minimum Height - 160 cms.
• Chest Unexpanded - 76.2 cms.
• Chest Expanded - 81.2 cms.

Height requirement For Female Category :

• General and OBC category - 157 cms.
• SC/ST category - 152 cms.
