I have completed my B.com I want to do ICWA but i need some full detail information regarding it please guide me to do so

Dear sir..
Cost & Works Accounts (ICWA) Course :

Institute of Cost and Works Accounts of India (ICWAI) conducts CWA or ICWAI Qualification course.

The complete course divided in three levels.

I. Foundation Course
You can apply for the Foundation course after completing 12th (Age >/= 17 years).
The fee for the course is approximately Rs. 3,500/-

II. Intermediate Course
You can apply for the intermediate course after qualifying the Foundation course
or
after completing graduation (other than fine arts).
The course fee is approximately Rs. 15,700/-
For oral coaching extra Rs.4,000/- is payable

III. Final Course
You can apply for this course after qualifying the Intermediate course and
the course fee is approximately Rs. 11,000/-
For oral coaching extra Rs.5,000/- is payable

As you are a graduate you can directly apply for Intermediate Course.

All the examinations are held twice a year. One in June and another in December.

The last date for admission/enrollment to CWA Foundation, Intermediate and
Final Course for June term examination is 5th of December of previous year.

Once you are enrolled for the course then you can submit application for that particular exam.

The dates of starting of application is notified on ICWAI website itself.

The last date of applying for the June term exam is 10th of April and
for December term exam it is 10th of October.

To get the registration forms you you should contact ICWAI Head Quarter or other
council offices of ICWAI.

ICWA-INSTITUTE OF COST AND WORK ACCOUNTANT is a correspondence course managed and conducted by ICWAI(Institute of Cost and Work Accountant of India).

The CWA course is divided in to three parts:-

FOUNDATION COURSE
INTERMEDIATE COURSE
FINAL COURSE

The candidate having completed 12th in any discipline from a recognised Board is eligible to apply for Foundation course.

The candidate having completed Foundation Course or having Graduation Degree in any discipline from a recognised University can be directly admitted to Intermediate course.

The candidate having completed Intermediate course is eligible for Final Course.

After completion of all the parts the candidate has to undergone a compulsory practical training before certified as a CWA by ICWAI.

It is distance learning course, however some classes are available.

ELIGIBILITY FOR ICWAI

10+2 passed or equivalent qualification.

if you are graduate you can skip foundation level and apply in executive level of ICWAI.

FOUNDATION
fee - 3500/-

EXECUTIVE
fee - 7000/-plus 4000/- for oral coaching

FINAL
fee - not more than 8000/- .

HOW TO APPLY

You have to register yourself for appearing for the examination held by ICWAI.

Examinations are hels twice in a year in june and december for june terms student need to apply
before dec 5 of previous year and for december exam you have to apply for before june 5.

ICWAI is Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India. You need to be 18 years or above to join for the course of ICWAI. You need to have completed your 12th class for joining this course. There are 3 stages for this exam – foundation, intermediate and final stages. If you have completed your 12th class you can join for the foundation program. If you have completed your graduation you can directly enter in to the intermediate program of ICWAI. The Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India (ICWAI) is a premier professional accountancy body.

The CWA ICWA course at the Foundation level (ICWAI: Foundation Examination) consists of only theoretical examinations.

There are 6 subjects to be studied arranged into 4 papers of 100 marks each.

To pass a student has to obtain a minimum of 40% in each paper and an aggregate of 50% in all the papers together,
failing which the student has to reappear in all the papers again.

PAPER-1 -- Organisation and Management Fundamentals.

PAPER-2 -- Financial Accounting Fundamentals.

PAPER-3 -- Economics and Business Fundamentals.
