My intermediate (Art side)from CBSE board than DMLT after that Bs.MLT than intermediate from science field valid or not?

If you will pursue science stream from NIOS then it is valid and you are eligible for higher studies on the basis of that qualification.

So, you can pursue the course if interested in doing intermediate with science stream. NIOS is a recognised board and affiliated to Ministry of Education.

NIOS is a recognised board and candidates are eligible to pursue their academic qualification from it.

So, if you want to pursue from it then you can pursue it and on the basis of it will be eligible for higher studies and jobs

The basic educational qualification to study BSc MLT or any other bachelor's degree is that the candidates should have qualified their 10+2 in the area of science with mandatory subjects such as Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology from a recognized board. The candidate should pass their 10+2 with a minimum score of 50% marks in aggregate from a recognized board. The education should be in a format of 10+2+3.

NIOS certificates are legally valid in all institutes and universities in India. As it is a board under central government like CBSE and CISCE.
But a few private institutes and universities deny NIOS certificate.

As far as you are concerned about the validity of intermediate degree (i.e; Class 12th) from NIOS for admission in B.Sc. Medical Laboratory course then I would like to let you know is that NIOS is a national board of education and any academic course offered by the same examination board is recognised for any higher degree course or government job applications.
