To whom and how should I send JIPMER MBBS entrance application form for getting quota for wards of paramilitary personnel as government of India nominee ? What certificates must be attached with it?

the seat distribution is as follows

Open General 12

(b) Open Scheduled Caste 8
(c) Open Scheduled Tribe 6
(d) Pondicherry General 17
(e) Pondicherry Scheduled Caste 3
(f) Seats to be filled on the basis of
Common All India Entrance Test by CBSE

(g) Government of India nomination 18

dear,
you will have to provide a certificate stating that your father has been serving defense services .....mentioning his details ...like rank, service details,posting.....all this should be mentioned on certificate and should be signed by your fathers senior most officer.....

or else you will have to give the paying slip of your father as a proof that your father is in paramilitary forces.........

all these documents are required at the time of counseling ......or at the time of admission......you can read all there details in the prospectus provided to you along with the application form........

you have to only attach the certificate from your father side that he is serving in which battalion and at which place..........that is your [U]fathers service certificate and it is made by the commandant of your father's battalion..........
